Leaving San Jose, take the Pan-American Highway through the west to Puntarenas. Close to Puntarenas the road veers north - follow the signs to Liberia-, and take the turn off for the "La Amistad" bridge. Since you have crossed over the Gulf of Nicoya, head to the town of Nicoya. From Nicoya, head west towards Samara, and take the turn off into a non paved road right after the big gas station on the left, and 45 minutes on these road following the signs, you will reach Nosara. If you are coming from Liberia, just take the south looking for Nicoya and follow the signs. You will see our informative signs at different points throughout the road to L Acqua Viva.
