The open-air, thatched-roof restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes from pastas, to salads and various cuts of meat. The restaurant serves delicious national and international cuisine and it has a spectacular view of Carrillo Bay and the beach. Mahi Mahi seats from upto 80 people and can be arranged for large groups. The restaurant is set comfortably about 50ft above sea level, so you can just feel the cool ocean breeze awakening your appetite for the local specialties such as the famous seafood salad, jumbo shrimp, fresh lobster; the wide variety of dishes from pastas to salads, and various cuts of meals. Restaurant is open to the public.

The bar offers a large variety of wines, liquors, beers, and refreshments. The bar has a very comfortable atmosphere and seats up to 50 people. The bar also includes a furnished patio, which can be used for informal meetings or special occasions.
