The Gran Hotel Costa Rica has conference facilities for up to 400 people. For business events you'll have film or slide projectors, screens, vhs, and other necessities. The space is also great for parties, social events or dinners. Due to new policies, the hotel's facilities are not available for dances or events with disk jockeys. Comfortably located in the 5th floor, the 3 Colonial conference rooms fit between 80 and 100 people each, or 300 people for a sit down dinner and 350 in auditorium seating if the three rooms are connected. The separate L'Jardin neoclassic room has capacity for 100 to 150 people. The Colonial D room business center is ideal for executive meetings from 8 to 10 people. High speed internet computer center. The conference facilities also provide you with specialized waiters, linens and tableware, a cork-fee of $3.00 plus taxes if you bring your own bottles to celebrate the closing of a deal.
