The Four Seasons Resort offers flexible spaces that adapt perfectly to your goals. Here you will find the most recent technologies that will accommodate the most demanding presentation and communication requirements. It is an ideal choice for small to medium-sized meetings, conferences and incentive events for groups of up to 450 people. Its 6,560 sq. ft. (608 square meters) of banquet and meeting space is further enhanced by a range of outdoor lawns and terraces. All meeting spaces at the Resort are fully equipped and music or other entertainment can be arranged to complement any aspect of your function or event. The Resort also offers a variety of activities that will interest the spouses of meeting participants with on-site activities.

Technical Assistance
All meeting spaces at the Resort are fully equipped to support the most demanding presentation and communication requirements, with advanced lighting, audio visual, staging capabilities, telecommunications and electrical hook-ups. Wired or wireless, high-speed e-mail and Internet access is available in all meeting rooms. Now you can download e-mail and connect to the Internet at up to 50 times the standard modem speed right from your Four Seasons meeting room. Whether a single PC or a boardroom full of them, this wired or wireless connection allows you to:

-Send and receive e-mail at high speed.
-Accelerate data transfer - uploads or downloads.
-Connect with your company's Intranet or Extranet.
-Deliver product demonstrations, training or presentations via the Internet.
-Offer high-tech services such as on-line registration.

Music and Entertainment
Arrangements for music and entertainment to complement any aspect of your function or event can be made. From jazz to Latin American, dance or light classical, your needs can be met.

Receiving and Maintenance
Special arrangements for the delivery of oversized packages or environmentally sensitive equipment should be made through the Conference Services Manager. The Engineering Department is available 24 hours a day for general assistance with lighting, room temperature control and minor repairs.

Spouse Programs
The Resort offers a variety of activities that will interest the spouses of meeting participants. The Concierge will provide detailed information on specially tailored spouse programs. Some activities available include:

-A day of rejuvenation and relaxation at the Spa.
-A golf clinic.
-Cooking with the Masters: classes in Latin cuisine with a Four Seasons chef.
-Wine tasting seminars.

Conference Level Rooms Description
Terrace Meeting Room
This 1,884 sq. ft. (175 square meters) covered terrace is adjacent to the Irazu, Poas and Arenal meeting and function rooms. It accommodates up to 170 people for a reception and it opens onto the Event Lawn.

Irazu, Poas & Arenal Meeting Rooms.
Each of these rooms has 797 sq. ft. (74 square meters) of space. The rooms are located on the conference level, decorated with a tropical flair and elegance. These rooms are ideal for post-meeting socializing, a gala dinner or a special event. The rooms open up to the Meeting Room Terrace and onto the large Event Lawn.

Ballroom Terrace
This 1,173 sq. ft. (109 square meter) terrace is adjacent to the Guanacaste Ballroom pre-function area and it can accommodate up to 110 people for a reception. The terrace opens onto the Even Lawn.

Ballroom Pre-Function Area
This 1,141 sq. ft. (109 square meter) pre-function area is directly outside the Guanacaste Ballroom. It is filled with natural daylight and opens out onto the spacious terrace, overlooking the lawn with view of the Pacific Ocean. This room can accommodate up to 100 people for a reception.

Guanacaste Ballroom
This room is 3,000 sq. ft. (279 square meters) and was designed to be used as one large, elegant room. It can also be separated into 2 spaces.

Outdoor Level Description
Event Lawn This 5,038 sq. ft. (468 square meter) lawn offers views of the Pacific Ocean. It is the perfect setting for cocktails, barbecues or theme parties.

Pool Deck
Surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, the spacious pool deck is perfect for cocktail parties and other alfresco functions, such as barbecues and theme events.
