The Surf House is positioned on an adjacent lot with a spectacular ocean front vista. Converted from a modest private Costa Rican home, the newest space has three air-conditioned sleeping rooms; one with a small seating area and large refrigerator. All three rooms have doors opening to the sea, the breeze, and the sounds of the birds, monkeys and rolling waves. The Surf House offers one community bathroom with a shower and a sunken bathtub that sits outside. There is an abundant of outdoor open space leading to the Pacific including hammocks and beach chairs for lounging, reading or sunset viewing. Room one has two twin beds, room two has a king bed, and room three is equipped with two single day beds.
