Lunch - 12pm to 2:00pm
Dinner - 6:30pm to 7:30pm
This quaint bistro can seat up to 30 people and serves fantastic semi-international and typical cuisine. There is not a menu per say, they offer daily specials. On the alcoholic beverage list you will find beers, cocktails, wines and spirits such as vodka, rum, whisky and tequila. There is no dress code to speak of, but for your comfort they recommend that you dress informal as the weather is hot and humid. Reservations are required for dinner, if your group involves 5 individuals or more please make reservations a day ahead of time or at least 4 hours before dinner. Private, special events can be held on restaurant premises upon request, but these require at least a month of prior notice. Relax and enjoy a tasty meal in the airy setting of their open air kitchen and rancho dining room.

This lovely wet bar sits in close proximity to the hotel restaurant. The bar can seat 10 people; guests can order food for lunch or snacks as well as a wide array of tropical cocktails, cold beers, various wines and spirits like vodka, rum, whiskey and tequila.
