Every detail of the hotel and restaurant is personally supervised by its owner, who brought his experience and style when he came to Costa Rica in 1961. The hotel is an excellent choice if you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel in a quiet residential neighborhood not far from downtown. The views across the valley from this hillside location are wonderful, and the gardens are beautifully designed and well tended. Step back from the downtown hustle and bustle to this relaxing place between the mountains where country roads, villages, fresh breezes and never ending spring (average temperature 70ºF) invigorate and renew your spirit. Surrounded by coffee plantations and citrus orchards, the lush gardens provide an enticing setting for jogging on its winding trails.
