From Liberia take the Pan American Hwy North (Towards Nicaragua) for 18 km to Potrerillos, right after the second bridge, where you see a big antenna on your left, make a right turn. Continue for 7km to Quebrada Grande. Go through Quebrada Grande and at the end of the Park make a left towards Dos Rios. Continue for 20 km and cross Dos Rios towards El Gavilan. 5 km later you will find Rio Celeste. Cross the River and turn left. 600 meters down you will come to Blue River Resort on your right.
