You can have your meeting, conference, or special event and still enjoy afterwards of the magnificent attractions around the area. The conference room is located 50 yards (45 m) from the main hotel building offering an excellent panoramic view of the Arenal Volcano. The conference room includes ample windows and a working fireplace. Arenal Lodge does not offer any audiovisual equipment or other meeting materials. You will need to bring your equipment or rent it here in Costa Rica
