Here you will find a blend of Caribbean and national cuisine. At the restaurant in Almonds and Corals Lodge you will experience the feeling of rustic elegance and fine dining within a jungle setting. Nature is a big part of the decorum found here, with tree trunks amidst the restaurant and leafy canopies resting along the roof. There are no walls; this detail provides a less retraining environment with a fresh feel to it. It is a family-style restaurant and the dining area is on an open terrace among dense forest. There is seating for up to 120 individuals, reservations are not required but are recommended. Special events can be held on restaurant premises with prior notice. The bar area, inside the hotel restaurant, remains open until 12:00 pm providing service to the beach area with a push-cart offering drinks and snacks. There is also a pool table for those seeking a little after dinner entertainment.
