The Antigua is part of “Las Olas” community, an enclave of truly elegant custom homes located above the bay of Dominicalito, 700 meters from the beach, and 4km south of the town of Dominical. This location offers spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and valleys, and breathtaking white-water ocean views of Punta Dominical and Manuel Antonio to the north, and the Osa Peninsula to the south. The villa’s design allows for visitors to visually experience the richness of the Costa Rican coastline and enjoy modern amenitites within a setting that encompasses Old World charm.
Deposit: Low and High Season: 50% deposit non-refundable at the time of booking, the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. High Season: 50% deposit non-refundable at the time of booking, the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Low and High Season:
72 hours or more prior to arrival 50% Refund. Less than 72 hours NO REFUND.
Peak Season:
Resevations that include part or all dates ranging from Dec. 16 to Jan 4th must be cancelled and prepaid on or before Oct. 14th. Any cancellations before this date 50% refund, after these dates will incur 100% penalty. Reservations for the week of Easter must be prepaid 60 days prior to arrival and cancelled 30 days prior to receive a 50% Refund.
Notes: A $1,500 security deposit will be required upon check-in. Providing that there are no damages to the rental unit, the deposit will be refunded within 7 days of check-out.
