This beautiful 9,200 square foot home showcases jungle beauty out back and magnificent ocean views from the front. This 5-level home has unique features including a multi-colored glass skylight which creates lovely patterns on the wood floors. Casa de las Brisas, one of Manuel Antonios largest vacation homes, features 9 luxurious bedrooms. It can be rented as a five-bedroom house, or the additional bedrooms can be booked as well. See our rates page for more details. A 25-foot teak pole extends from the floor to the vaulted ceiling. All flooring is a combination of solid teak and Italian tile. The fully-equipped kitchen contains all modern American appliances.
Deposit: 50% deposit at the time of booking. Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: These reservations are non refundable, unless we are able to book the house for the same dates that you had reserved. In this case, we will refund 50% of the rental price providing you have paid for the rental in full. Your damage deposit is always 100% refundable at cancellation.
Notes: Check in is from 3:00 to 6:00 pm, if you will be arriving later please let us know what time by calling our office. No check ins are accepted after 9:00 pm
