This custom-built home seems to float over the jungle canopy. It is a delight for nature lovers, adventurers and romantics. Created by an award-winning designer, the home is beautifully appointed inside and out. Sitting high above the jungle floor, this Cliffside home offers some of the most dramatic ocean views in the area. The panorama encompasses the ocean and the small pacific islands scattered throughout the water. The picturesque peninsula of Manuel Antonio Nation Park stands out on the horizon. The home features 6 air-conditioned bedrooms as well as a pool house that can be used as a separate bedroom. The living room is open to the rainforest surrounding the home, giving it the feel of a luxury tree house.
Deposit: 50% deposit at the time of booking. Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: These reservations are non refundable, unless we are able to book the house for the same dates that you had reserved. In this case, we will refund 50% of the rental price providing you have paid for the rental in full. Your damage deposit is always 100% refundable at cancellation.
Notes: Check in is from 3:00 to 6:00 pm, if you will be arriving later please let us know what time by calling our office. No check ins are accepted after 9:00 pm
