Deposit:25% Deposit at the time of booking. Full payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Low & High Season: If cancellations are made 31 days or more before arrival date, 25% penalty fee applies. (deposit amount) Less than 30 days no refund.
Peak Season: Resevations that include part or all dates ranging from Dec. 15 to Jan 5th must be cancelled and prepaid on or before Oct. 14th. Any cancellations before this date 75% refund, after these dates will incur 100% penalty. Reservations for the week of Easter must be prepaid 60 days prior to arrival and cancelled 60 days prior to receive refund. The 25% deposit is non refundable.
Notes:During Easter Week (April 5-12) and Christmas Week (December 20 - January 3) there is a 7-night minimum stay required.
