Close to one of the most popular surfing beaches in Costa Rica, Pacific Breeze Villa is a brand new (2008) oceanfront villa with 2 spacious bedrooms, one with a king bed and cable TV. The ocean view villa has a large furnished sundeck with an inviting plunge pool where you can dip in with a cocktail at sunset, which is a magical sight to behold most evenings.
A short stroll from the villa down a gentle slope leads to a local football field, then onto the local beach, a kilometer of clean sandy beach perfect for a relaxing stroll. The fully furnished 1500-sq.ft. vacation rental villa comes with an added outdoor ‘palapa’ which gives shade while you admire colorful birds and small wildlife.
Deposit: 50% deposit at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy:Low and High Season
30 days or more prior to arrival 50% REFUND. Less than 30 days prior to arrival NO REFUND.
Peak Season
Resevations that include part or all dates ranging from Dec. 16 to Jan 4th must be cancelled and prepaid on or before Oct. 14th. Any cancellations before this date 50% refund, after these dates will incur 100% penalty. Reservations for the week of Easter must be prepaid 60 days prior to arrival and cancelled 30 days prior to receive a 50% Refund.
