60 days or more prior to arrival 90% REFUND. 31-59 days prior to arrival 90% REFUND ONLY IF REBOOKED. 30 days or less NO REFUND.
Peak Season:
Resevations that include part or all dates ranging from Dec. 16 to Jan 4th must be cancelled and prepaid on or before Oct. 14th. These reservations are NON REFUNDABLE.
