Deposit: 50% Deposit required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy: Low and High Season:
60 days or more prior to arrival 50% deposit NON REFUNDABLE. Less than 60 days NO REFUND.
Peak Season:
Resevations that include part or all dates ranging from Dec. 16 to Jan 4th must be cancelled and prepaid on or before Oct. 14th and are Non Refundable.
Notes: The Resort will require a credit card imprint upon check-in. You may use your credit card on file to sign for "incidentals", restaurant charges, tours etc. during your stay. A bill will be presented upon check-out for any such charges, and will be charged for any "missing" or "broken" inventory following your departure and subsequent inventory inspection.
