The main villa itself boasts two, two bedroom suites, & three singles, all with private balconies, king beds & private baths. From 10 to 14 people are easily accommodated in the villa. The guesthouse offers another three bedrooms. The entire property handles parties of up to 20.
Deposit: 50% Deposit upon confirmation. The balance will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: All Seasons: More than 90 days 50% refund. 90 days or less prior to arrival no refund. Resevations that include part or all dates ranging from Dec. 16 to Jan 4th must be cancelled and prepaid on or before Oct. 14th and are Non Refundable.
