Three new wooden individual private 500 sq ft Bungalows, 100 meters from Playa Negra in Cahuita, with jungle in front and back of the property. Each Bungalow is designed for maximum air flow and comfort and include ceiling fans. Each has custom designed Bamboo furniture and four post beds, with 1000 count cotton sheets,pillow top mattresses, plush towels, large mosquito netting, large showers with double shower heads including a rain shower head, plenty of hot water, glass block walls, double handpainted sinks and hair dryers. Each contains a walk in closet with in floor electronic safes. Lovely landscaped gardens full of flowers well lit. Ample private secure gated parking. Every effort has been made with attention to details. A full gourmet breakfast is included in the rate. Owners live on property.
Deposit:25% Deposit is due upon confirmation.
Cancellation Policy:Low & High Seasons
More than 7 Days prior to arrival Full Refund. 7 to 4 days prior to arrival 25% Penalty. Less than 3 days prior to arrival 50% Penalty. An administration fee of 25% in deducted from all refunds.
Peak Season
Resevations that include part or all dates ranging from Dec. 16 to Jan 4th must be cancelled and prepaid on or before Oct. 14th and are Non Refundable. Reservations that include part or all dates ranging from Mar. 16 to Mar. 23rd are Non Refundable.
