This house is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 baths with laundry room. The property is located in Monteverde, Costa Rica. The house has Direct TV, hot water, washer and dryer. The Master bedroom has a gorgeous view of the Gulf of Nicoya and has a Jacuzzi surrounded by roman and mosaic stain glass. The house is fully tiled throughout and has a huge terrace also tiled with arched way columns and panoramic views of the Gulf of Nicoya. The property is very private (completely enclosed) and sits on 6 acres, which can be walked around and has a wide variety of fruit trees (banana, plantain, orange, lemon, avocado, etc.), as well as coffee trees. The property is located 6 km from Santa Elena (main town) and 2 km from the attractions such as the canopy’s and horseback riding tours. Please let me know if you need anymore information. Deposit:50% deposit upon confirmation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy:Low Season
15 days or more prior to arrival full refund, Less than 15 days prior to arrival no refund.
High Season
30 days or more prior to arrival full refund, Less than 30 days prior to arrival no refund.
Peak Season
Resevations that include part or all dates ranging from Dec. 16 to Jan 4th must be cancelled and prepaid on or before Oct. 14th. Any cancellations before this date full refund, after these dates will incur 100% penalty. Reservations for the week of Easter must be prepaid 60 days prior to arrival and cancelled 30 days prior to receive a full refund.
