Deposit: 50% non refundable deposit required upon confirmation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Low and High Season
72 hours or more prior to arrival 50% Refund. Less than 72 hours NO REFUND.
Peak Season
Resevations that include part or all dates ranging from Dec. 16 to Jan 4th must be cancelled and prepaid on or before Oct. 14th. Any cancellations before this date 50% refund, after these dates will incur 100% penalty. Reservations for the week of Easter must be prepaid 60 days prior to arrival and cancelled 30 days prior to receive a 50% Refund.
Notes: Upon check in a $1000 USD damage deposit will be required, which will be refunded within 7 days after check out provided that there are no damages to the unit.
