This great vacation rental unit sits on the beautiful coastal area of Santa Teresa, one of the best destinations in the country, specially if you are looking for world-class breaks. This retreat-style rental features four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms; each bedroom has a queen size bed plus a single bed, air conditioning and lots of natural light. There is a rustic style rancho separate from the bedrooms and features a large bedroom upstairs with two queen size beds. Downstairs there is an open-air fully equipped kitchen and a pool table. This entire property can hold up to twelve people. On site, there is a Yoga dojo and a Massage tent. Daily maid service is available and all the rooms have safe boxes.

30 days or more prior to arrival full refund, Less than 30 days prior to arrival no refund.
Peak Season
Resevations that include part or all dates ranging from Dec. 16 to Jan 4th must be cancelled and prepaid on or before Oct. 14th. Any cancellations before this date full refund, after these dates will incur 100% penalty. Reservations for the week of Easter must be prepaid 60 days prior to arrival and cancelled 30 days prior to receive a full refund.
