This unit is located on the first floor and has two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other one with a bulk-bed. This big and sunny apartment has a large living room with fully furnished kitchen and a beautiful terrace ideal to relax in the ocean breeze. It can accommodate up to six people. This apartment boast cable TV, ceiling fans in each room and/or air conditioning, bathroom and kitchen with hot water, video-intercom for security access from the main gate and daily maid service. They are surrounded by a beautiful garden and have private access to the refreshing swimming pool. The beach is located just seven minutes walking.
Deposit:All Seasons
50% deposit upon confirmation. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy:Low and High season.
50% deposit is due upon confirmation. 31 days or more prior to arrival full refund, 30 days or less no refund.
Peak season
Resevations that include part or all dates ranging from Dec.18 to Jan 2 must be cancelled and prepaid on or before Oct. 14th. Any cancellations before this date 75% refund, after these dates will incur 100% penalty. Reservations for the week of Easter must be prepaid 60 days prior to arrival and cancelled 60 days prior to receive refund. The 50% deposit is non refundable.
