Cancellation Policy:Low And High Seasons
20% non refundable deposit upon confirmation. 30 days or more prior to arrival 80% refund, Less than 30 days prior to arrival no refund.
Peak Season
Resevations that include part or all dates ranging from Dec. 16 to Jan 4th must be cancelled and prepaid on or before Oct. 14th. Any cancellations before this date 80% refund, after these dates will incur 100% penalty. Reservations for the week of Easter must be prepaid 60 days prior to arrival and cancelled 30 days prior to receive refund an 80% refund.
