Notes:Security Deposit
There is a $500 Damage Deposit to guarantee the return of the Premises to the Landlord in the same or better condition as when accepted by the Tenant, reasonable wear excepted, and to satisfy any obligations of the Tenant. The Damage Deposit is to indemnify the Landlord against damage and/or loss of value as a result of the Tenant's action, mistake, or inaction during the term of occupancy.
The Damage Deposit must be paid in full prior to Tenants arrival at the rental property.
