In sunny and bustling Jaco you will find this new gated condominium complex with 16 wonderful units wrapped around a refreshingly large pool, just 150 meters from the shore. Condos come beautifully decorated and fully equipped with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, 2 baths, cable TV, high speed internet connection, laundry, AC, telephone and secure parking. Each condo has a terrace, balcony or patio with pool view. The Master Bedroom is equipped with 1 king size bed, the Guest Bedroom comes with 2 twin beds and can be placed together as a King and the Living room has a double sofa bed. The condos are only one block from the beach with no ocean views and are located in a quiet area away from downtown.
Deposit:25% non refundable deposit is due upon confirmation.
Cancellation Policy:Low and High Season
The 75% balance is refundable with written request notice 48 hours prior to the arrival date.
Peak Season
Resevations that include part or all dates ranging from Dec.25 to Jan 2th must be cancelled and prepaid on or before Oct. 14th. Any cancellations before this date 75% refund, after these dates will incur 100% penalty. Reservations for the week of Easter must be prepaid 60 days prior to arrival and cancelled 60 days prior to receive refund. The 25% deposit is non refundable.
