Cancellation Policy:Low and High Season
The balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival. The 75% balance is refundable with written request notice 48 hours prior to the arrival date.

The balance must be paid 60 days prior to arrival. The 75% balance is refundable with written request notice 61 days prior to the arrival date.
Notes: Holiday Specials:
- 50% Discount from December 19th to December 25th, 2009. 5-night minimum stay required.
