The spacious 883 sq. ft. villas provide you with luxury and comfort in the midst of the breathtaking jungle setting. The fully air conditioned two bedroom Villas feature: Two Stories, Two Bedrooms, Two Bathrooms, Separate living area, Two covered fully furnished terraces and Eat in Kitchen. Inside Staircase available in some villas. Each villa sleeps up to six people.
Deposit:Low & High Season: Deposit no required.
Peak Season: 25% deposit due 7 days upon reservation confirmed.
Cancellation Policy:Low and High Season
The 75% balance is refundable with written request notice 15 days or more prior to arrival. The 25% deposit is non refundable.
Peak Season:
Resevations that include part or all dates ranging from Dec. 15 to Jan 5th must be cancelled and prepaid on or before Oct. 14th. Any cancellations before this date 75% refund, after these dates will incur 100% penalty. Reservations for the week of Easter must be prepaid 60 days prior to arrival and cancelled 60 days prior to receive refund. The 25% deposit is non refundable.
