The Master Suite includes a King size bed and sliding doors leading to the living area, where you can find a queen size sofa bed. The modern kitchen is well equipped and the entire condo is cooled down with a central air conditioning system. Just a few steps away from you doorway there is a fantastic free form pool, a Jacuzzi, a swim up bar and the beach.
Deposit:50% non refundable deposit is due upon confirmation.
Cancellation Policy:Low and High season.
50% deposit is due upon confirmation and is non refundable. 31 days or more prior to arrival 50% refund, 30 days or less no refund, although applicable to a future reservation within a year from cancellation date.
Peak season
Resevations that include part or all dates ranging from Dec.18 to Jan 2 must be cancelled and prepaid on or before Oct. 14th. Any cancellations before this date 75% refund, after these dates will incur 100% penalty. Reservations for the week of Easter must be prepaid 60 days prior to arrival and cancelled 60 days prior to receive refund. The 50% deposit is non refundable.
