Beautiful beach club and swimming pool area. Amenities include: Living Room, Dining Room, fully equipped Kitchen, Large Bathroom, full hot water throughout Condo, Large Screen Television, Telephone for local and International Calls, Washer/Dryer, Maid Service (Personal Laundry service is avallable), balcony over-looking the Ocean or the pool. Cancellation Policy:Low and High Season
30 days or more prior to arrival full refund, 29-16 days prior to arrival 50% penalty, 15-7 days prior to arrival 75% penalty, 6 days or less no refund.

61 days or more prior to arrival no penalty, 60 days or less no refund.
