Perfect for small families seeking a home environment in a resort setting. These 2 bedroom homes have patios overlooking the gardens on the first level and a full length ocean view balcony deck on the second level. Upstairs the bedroom has a king bed, sitting area and a bath featuring an oversized shower. Downstairs, a second bedroom with 2 twin beds, an outdoor / indoor shower with its bath. A separate sitting - living area features a sofa bed, complete with dinette set and fully furnished kitchen allows guests the option of dining out or in. These homes are most comfortable for 4 but can sleep up to 6.
Deposit:Low, High and Peak Seasons require 50% deposit upon confirmation.
Cancellation Policy:Low Season - If the reservation is cancelled with more than 30 days from the guests arrival, there will not be a penalty.
If it is cancelled between 30 days and 22 days, there will be a 25% penalty.
If it is cancelled between 22 days and 15 days, there will be a 50% penalty.
If it is cancelled within 15 days or less, there will be a 100% penalty.
High Season - If the reservation is cancelled with more than 45 days from the guests arrival, there will not be a penalty.
If it is cancelled between 45 days and 30 days, there will be a 25% penalty.
If it is cancelled between 30 days and 15 days, there will be a 50% penalty.
If it is cancelled within 15 days or less, there will be a 100% penalty.

50% non refundable deposit due upon confirmation, 100% penalty if cancelled 60 days or less prior to arrival
