Palm Beach is a gated community on the southern end of Playa Grande. It borders the beach in the front and mangrove estuary in the back. The beach is a national park, so it looks really pristine as no construction is visible through the beachfront foliage. The mangrove is also very scenic and you can catch a small boat to Tamarindo to shop at the Automercado if you like. The lots in the community start around 750/m2 and go up from there.

Roughly 40% of the lots already have homes on them. There are some small boutique hotels in the community, a few small and excellent restaurants, and a small supermarket.

Lot 97 sits on the northern end of the community and is bordered by residential lots on both sides and green space on the back.
