Located about 20 minutes outside of Atenas, these are some of the best views we have seen in a long time. The view of the central valley is unrivaled and a view of the Pacific ocean is just icing on the cake.

The property is a bit remote and quite private, but only about 10 minutes from the sleepy little typical Costa Rican town of Morazan which has a grocery store, church, school, restaurant.

New electric service runs to the property and beyond. Water service would need to be brought in or well dug, currently water for the caretaker is piped in from a neighboring spring.
