Esta casa cuenta con tres dormitorios, una oficina grande con entrada independiente y bano completo, 2.5 banos (no se incluye el bano de la oficina, ni el de servicio), gran salon-comedor con un alto techo de madera artesonada que se abre (con doble puerta) hacia la terraza cubierta. Sin embargo, la oficina de planta baja podria ser utilizada como un dormitorio adicional, que cuenta con bano completo y su entrada independiente le da mucha versatilidad e independencia. Todos los pisos de la planta principal son de paladiana.

La casa tiene un diseno interesante, ya que fue construida en un angulo del lote, permitiendo una gran cantidad de luz, a cualquier hora del dia, con muchas curvas y angulos interesantes.
