Una encantadora casa de 208 m2 con un lote de 1.800 m2 a poca distancia del centro de Orosi. La casa esta rodeada de su propio jardin botanico! Es increible lo que han hecho en un lote de 1.800 m2. La casa esta muy bien construido y tiene muchos detalles finos. La cocina (con despensa) y el area social tienen techos altos y un concepto abierto. La terraza se abre hacia un hermoso jardin.

La casa tiene dos dormitorios. El cuarto principal tiene su propio bano grande. El otro dormitorio se encuentra al lado de un bano que tambien sirve como el bano de huespedes.

Hay un corredor alrededor de la parte exterior de la casa. Es un gran concepto, porque, si va a estar lejos por un tiempo, puede bloquear hasta esa zona, dejando la casa muy seguro. El Valle de Orosi es una fantastica zona y cuenta con numerosas atracciones, incluyendo el cercano Parque Nacional Tapanti?, rafting y kayak, aguas termales y un hotel/spa de cinco estrellas, el Lago Cachi, varios lugares culturales, pintorescos pueblos tradicionales, y la belleza escenica de un valle de los mas bonitos del pais. Solo una corta distancia es el Jardin Botnico Lankester, los Volcanes Irazu y Turrialba, y la Basilica en Cartago. Es un lugar fantastico!
