This boutique hotel was built in 2007 on a 700m2 lot, and is a wonderful place to relax as it is located in a quiet part of town. All the 7 apartments have large rooms and equipped with all the comforts of home including kitchens with all new appliances.

There are three 2-story cottages with one master bedroom, two bathrooms, sofa bed in the living room with sofa bed, private balcony and garden. These cottages are suitable for 2-4 people.

There are two 2-story cottages of 640 sq. ft. each with two master bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with sofa bed, full kitchen, dining room, private balcony and garden area. These cottages are suitable for up to 6 people.

All cottages are equipped with air conditioning, telephone, wireless internet, Satellite TV and DVD player.

Each of the cottages is nestled around a lovely, blue tiled pool surrounded by lush gardens and plenty of space for lounging.

In addition, there is a service room of 270 sq. ft., storage and laundry, and reception office with 100 sq. ft. and a half bathroom.

The hotel has a business license and an active website and is linked to various other sites around the world.

Rates for the hotel range from $85-$125 nightly in low season. In high season the rates range from $105-$155 nightly and during peak holiday periods from $155-$195 nightly.
