Two remote controlled Mitsubishi wall mounted air conditioners and one window air conditioner. Currently under rental contract with a two month vacate notice.

The house has a Neighborhood Corporation for employment of:

* 1 Gardener & 1 (Minor) Maintenance Man

* 1 Security Guard (nights only, 7 nights a week except for major holidays)

* The house has a commitment to use the gardener & maintenance man 1 day per week and splits the cost of the Security Guard between 7 houses. This is NOT a management company! The workers require weekly direction. Potential purchasers can obtain more details from the homeowner.
