This property is located in a spot that displays some very impressive views to the Gulf of Nicoya with its islands and the mountains of the peninsula behind.

This beauty is complemented by the surrounding Turrubares and Potenciana mountains. Barbacoas center is less than one km away where small restaurants, convenience stores and a community clinic operate.

Most of the terrain contains several building areas to choose from, all with the beautiful views. For all major services such as banking, supermarkets, gas stations, there is the town of Santiago Puriscal just minutes away.
