This property has many really nice building sites, all with unobstructed views of the ocean and the Osa peninsula.

Three natural springs provide crystal clear drinking water and electric is on its way along with the new road currently being built.

The road will end at the property line and you can add internal roads as needed for a large development. The front of this property is bordered by a large estuary which can be navigated by boat.

This estuary, near the Coto River has an abundance of flora and fauna. The monkeys in the pictures happen to be eating bananas as we were passing by. We stopped and watched them for about 5 minutes before having to move on.

This farm has many exotic trees within its boundaries and fruit beyond belief.
