The estate consists of five separate buildings and two employee casitas. Connected by walk ways and covered terraces, the buildings - all with ocean views - provide more than ample privacy for separate families vacationing together.

The main building is 6000 sq. ft. with 25 ft. ceilings and houses the kitchen, indoor dining and living rooms. A large cane thatched covered terrace adjoins this building and offers open air dining and living rooms. While two large dining areas provide formal seating for 16, the kitchen and pantry have sufficient cookware and cutlery for larger groups.

A two-story building contains five bedrooms and bathrooms, all with ocean views. Each floor has a wide covered terrace which opens up to individual bedrooms; the two levels of terraces are connected through an external staircase.

Although located only 1 km from the village of Dominical, no other homes or buildings are visible from this ocean front property. There is an omnipresent tranquility - one sees only the ocean and the jungle; on hears only the crashing of the waves on Playa Dominical and the ever present hum of the jungle.
