This parcel has over 4km of beach frontage and 3km of road frontage. From the hills you enjoy a gorgeous ocean view with a refreshing breeze. The views from the hills range from less than 100 meters in some parts to just about 3km in others. The lagoon on the property is an annual lagoon. During the summer months when the rain is less abundant, the ocean creates a natural dam or barrier that closes the lagoon off to the predators of the sea. This allows the fish that entered to grow to a decent size before the winter rains come and break the barrier. During the breaking of the barrier, the predators enter the lagoon and enjoy a feast during the high tides. The local community frequent the lagoon to enjoy a day out and some fishing.
