The house was finished one year ago. It is built entirely of cement block which is reinforced with steel rod and poured concrete. The roof in the main area upstairs is built of teak wood with melina beams. All other wood including doors and structure over bedrooms is of Cedar. There are two large bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. All floors are ceramic tile. The first floor contains room for three cars. There is also a bunkroom,a full bathroom and what could be a fourth bedroom if desired. The house was built to withstand a third floor if so desired. The house is within a walking distant to everything, resturants, Golfo Dulce and the Pacific ocean as well as the airport. There is mooring close by for a boat. There is a balcony on two sides of the house that gives constant entertainment of the downtown area. There is city water and power, and also a very large water storage tank in the garage area, and a backup propane generator is installed. All bedrooms and living areas are air conditioned and ceiling fans installed.
