On the grounds are the amenities of the country club, including a huge pool, two tennis courts, and a fitness building. The condo includes parking for two cars within the gates.

On the first floor is a bedroom and bath, open living, dining and kitchen areas, plus a large utility room off the kitchen. On the lower floor are two bedrooms and baths, including the master suite, which in its very large bathroom contains a jetted tub with its own view over the lake.
