Day 3 Wedding Day Includes:
• -Full Notary Service (Justice of the Peace - English speaking) – Complete document registration, vows provision (vows can be adjusted to your taste), continuous communication and support, symbolic marriage certificate, organization of official marriage certification, provision of the service on the wedding day
• -Wedding planning session upon arrival – Two hours planning session upon arrival to the resort to confirm all final details
• -Bridal bouquet - Choice of tropical flowers, including ginger, orchids, birds of paradise, heliconias, lobster claw, etc., or primaveral flowers, including roses, sunflowers, lilies, etc.
• -Groom`s boutonnière
• -Romantic ceremony location – Choice of several beautiful tropical locations including beach, grassy areas, and interlocking brick terrace
• -Ceremony set-up – Set-up including chairs for all guests, white chair covers, choice of colour of bow tied around the chair, podium, optional carpet for the aisle or flower petal scatter, table set-up for the toast with white linens and a flower arrangement.
• -Flower arrangements and ceremony decoration – Including four large flower arrangements with choice of tropical or primaveral flowers (see bouquet) and ceremony decoration including choice of arch, elegant natural tree poles with white chiffon, or columns adorned with palm branches
• -Sound equipment during the ceremony – Speakers, amplifier, and CD player or Ipod hook-up, with services of a DJ during the ceremony. Hotel can provide music upon request.
