The Universidad Latina de Costa Rica is a private university founded in 1989. Its main campus is located in Lourdes de Montes de Oca in san jose costa rica very close to the Universidad de Costa Rica, giving it the College feel that not many private universities are able to achieve. The Universidad Latina has grown for the past years and has now become the largest private university in Costa Rica.
