The restaurant at Xandari Resort & Spa offers a wide variety of Costa Rica cuisine, as well as international specialties. Every table offers an excellent panoramic view. The restaurant has a terrace where you can get a spectacular view of the coffee plantation and the Central Valley. A complimentary Continental Breakfast is provided featuring fresh squeezed orange juice from the hotel's plantation, home baked muffins, a variety of fresh fruits, excellent whole grain bread, and the finest coffee in Costa Rica plus a variety of teas. They also offer additional selections on their Breakfast Menu including Eggs Xandari, their renowned banana and rum pancakes, traditional gallo pinto, and a variety of specialty coffee drinks. Lunches are light and healthy, featuring a variety of sandwiches and wraps, homemade soups, and a selection of salads and tropical fruit drinks. Desserts include their own tiramisu, tres leches and coffee flan, plus chocolate mousse, chocolate terrine and key lime custard.
