Location and Driving Directions

Xandari Resort & Spa is located in Alajuela in the Central Valley of Costa Rica, just 15 minutes from the Juan Santamaria International Airport. The resort is 1 ½ hours from La Paz Waterfall Gardens, 45 minutes from the Poas Volcano, 45 minutes from a Butterfly Farm, 20 minutes from the Zoo Ave “Bird & Animal Zoo”, and nearby are many other attractions.

You can take a taxi from the Juan Santamaria Internatinal Airport. If you are driving, turn right on leaving the airport taking the exit to Alajuela 1 block away. Follow the signs to Alajuela and continue straight ahead through Alajuela. After the last signal light, continue straight ahead up the hill approximately 1 ½ miles (3 km) to an intersection on the left. After you make a left, you will be able to find the signs for Xandari. After 1 mile (1.5 km) turn right and go straight to the entrance of Xandari Resort & Spa.
