Day Activities

There are some attractions around the area and of course the beautiful Arenal Volcano which is one of the most active volcanoes in the Americas. Arenal Lake where you can enjoy fishing, sailing and windsurfing is a great source of activities during your visit. Other things you can do are visit the Tabacon hot springs, hike to Cerro Chato, through a very dense primary forest, where at the top of the hill you will find a refreshing lagoon where you can go for a swim. You can visit La Fortuna Waterfalls, the Sarapiqui River, the mountain rainforest, and so much more.
