This restaurant has wonderful views of the Pacific. The international fare is seasonal and includes cool and spicy Gazpacho. Among the entrees are: breast of chicken, sliced and curled into a horseshoe shape and bathed in rosemary and honey sauce. Whether your favorite is fish or fowl, rice or pasta, the selections combine delicious flavor with artful presentation. Desserts crown the occasion, with extraordinary pies and cakes in a variety of fruit sauces. Villa Caletas offers an extensive Special Events Menu. Just to give you an idea of the different options you can order Green Salad or Zucchini Cream with Sweet Corn as an appetizer. The main course can either be Mahi Mahi with Lime Sauce or Chicken and Sirloin Kebab with Hawaiian Sauce. For dessert you might have a delicious Pumpkin Mousse or an exotic Coconut Flan.
