This cozy multipurpose conference room also serves as a food and beverage facility. It can adapt to workshops, weddings, retreats or other moderately sized special events. El Silencio de los Angeles room is situated next to the theater and boasts lovely views of the hotel grounds, gardens plus nearby fields and mountain ranges. Equipment provided includes a white board and rotafolio. No microphone is needed, seeing as the room is small enough to hear whoever is talking.

Villa Blanca features an air conditioned theater that can seat 34 people. The theater sits smack in the middle of a private cloud forest. Nightly there are different movies shown for guests to enjoy. In the daytime the theater is available for documentaries and corporate business. This theater has great acoustics, making it a perfect place for a live performance. Each seat comes with earphone outlets to facilitate bilingual translations.
